About
YouthWorks is a program designed to help young people learn the skills to find employment. We are part of FutureWorks Career Center and are involved in the workforce development system in Hampden County. We work with people 16-21 years of age, in or out of school. You must be dependable, reliable, motivated and eager to work. Your success depends on you.
Youthworks assists youth in developing the skills needed for career development. We also link with local school systems’ School to Career programs to help prepare the workforce of the future. YouthWorks also serves as the link for out of school youth to access skills training and educational resources.
OUR VISION:
We will actively work to provide youth with timely honest information regarding employment and career development. We strive to provide them with optimum customer service that respects their point of view while educating them to the demands of the working world.
