Get your resume ready, dress to impress and meet companies who are actively looking to hire or place young people in volunteer opportunities.

YouthWorks can help you prepare for the job fair. Stop in and see us at FutureWorks Career Center in the STCC Technology Park on Federal Street in Springfield.  We are across the street from the main entrance to STCC.

Get the skills to find a job at our Youth Job Night.  Here you will participate in mock interviews, learn what employers are looking for in new hires.

Maximize your chances of getting a job offer.  We will have workforce professionals and employers on hand to give you tips and insight into the hiring process.

Youth Job Night takes place on Thursday, March 29th from 4:00-6:00 PM.  Food and Refreshments will be provided.

To attend simply complete our reservation form.

You can now use your Facebook account to find money to help pay for a college education.  My College Dollars provides information on obtaining scholarships, completing and using your FAFSA to get government money and loans.  The site explains how work study programs can help meet the cost of a higher education.

The site also provides financial aid forms as well as the deadlines students must meet to be considered.  Learn the amount of money a college education is likely to require to help you in planning to meet the cost.
